Besides Shalom Home and the Nightschools, Shalom Foundation supports about 250 child ren located in the Vellore region. This includes finances for transportation and school books, grants to enable them to go to school or to learn a profession, and finally, Shalom helps to establish communication towards the foreign sponsors.

At a decisive stage of their life, these boys and girls receive help and support that enables them to escape the vicious circle of poverty. With Shalom’s help, they are able to pursue a new way marked by hope.
